For over three centuries, the name Baron Di Pauli has stood for outstanding viticulture and passion. Originally from the picturesque village of Carano in Val di Fiemme, the family found their home in Caldaro in the 18th century and has influenced the region ever since.
The family played historically important roles in business and politics and was awarded the title of “K&K Purveyor to the Court” thanks to their merits.
